USAT USA Taekwondo http://www.usa-taekwondo.us/ accepted the resignations of the following board members effective Nov. 2, 2006 Eric Laurin, Jason Poos, Robert Gallagher and Tim Thackrey during a BOD meeting held the weekend of 2007 U.S. Senior Nationals competition. BOD minutes outlined in the following PDF file ... http://endurancefirst.typepad.com/BODMinutes110206.pdf
So, an email to David Askinas CEO of USA Taekwondo [email protected] requesting additional information yielded a, well, lackluster response via his BlackBerry http://blackberry.com/ Wiresless device.
"Subject: Re: USAT Accepts Resignation of 4 Board Members
Our statement in response to the resignations was posted on the usat website
weeks ago. We have no further comment as it does not advance anyones cause
to continue this debate.
Sent from my BlackBerry wireless handheld."
With all the corruption surrounding USA Taekwondo in the past one would think he might formulate a more concious response. As far as I'm concerned, if USA Taekwondo http://www.usa-taekwondo.us/ wants to operate like a for profit public company and gain the trust of it's members, then it's full diclosure baby.
My question is can anyone state how these four members came to this unanimous decision? USA Taekwondo refused to provide details are their site for whatever reasons. Any additional information or comments to this post are appreciated.
