Before working out a few days ago I popped the recommended dose of SportLegs to find out what the chatter was all about. You won't believe what a difference pharmaceutical grade Vitamin D, Calcium and Magnesium will do for your workout.
This stuff claims to suppress the lactic acid build-up in the muscles during workouts by raising the blood lactate level. In doing so, the elevated level in the blood tells the muscles to hold on...don't make so much lactic acid. Personally, I rarely experience the "burn" a lot of athletes talk about just because the sport I practice. But, what I did notice with this product was my lack of muscle fatigue and legs being tired.
My workout didn't go beyond an hour, otherwise, I would have continued supplementing every 2-3 hours with the same dosage. To minimize muscle soreness the day after they suggest taking an additional dose just after very strenuous exercises.
Who would have thought something so simple could provide such a great benefit to athletes of all genres. I give this stuff an A+ for doing what is says it can. I'm pushing the wife to give it a try now. She's a marathon runner so we'll let you know what she thinks of it also.
If you're into test driving a car before you buy it, you can do that here as well. SportLegs comes in a 120 capsule bottle or a convenient single serve pack of 5 caps. These are also handy for the person on the go that doesn't like to carry loose pills or bottles around.
Try some .... your legs will love you for it.
