I was on the phone with my mom yesterday listening to her tell me how lucky I am to be able to spend time with London. This is a cake walk. Not really, but I've had to do many more difficult things in my life.

I found this to be a very interesting read even though a lot of it went way over my head. I guess you need to be a scientist to understand the cause and effect. But, for us commoners all we really need to understand is the impact Ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aka .. NSAIDS can have on the bod during and after hard training.
